Mell's Tire & Auto Service

I purchased four tires and installation from Mell’s Tire & Auto Service for approximately $478. Immediately after leaving the shop, my vehicle developed noticeable vibration and excessive highway tire noise that was not present before the installation. I contacted the shop right away to report the issue and seek a resolution. The tires installed were Suredrive Touring tires, which I later learned are a budget-brand tire. I was disappointed with the quality, especially considering the amount I paid. Jose assisted with the sale, but when I raised concerns about the vibration, noise, and tire quality, I was unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution or refund.

I can't say enough about this place! It is EPIC! the mechanics are amazing, customer'service is outstanding, price is reasonable & hours are fantastic. They go above and beyond. I am truly amazed. They will be my go to for all things related to my car going forward and I will recommend them to every person I know who may need mechanical work on their vehicles! I've been to the location on lynnway for tires and the one on Western Avenue for mechanical repairs, both places are amazing. I can only imagine their other locations are equally great! A+++++++++ Thank you so much! My subaru is running great again!

Honestly this is the best place to get tires or brakes fixed. The price is unbeatable anywhere in the city. Shoutout to Jose I think is his name who took care of me today and getting my brakes fixed. Really nice guy, professional, and quick service. I'll be back forsure!

I had a terrible experience at this tire shop. I went there twice for an alignment and balance, and both times they told me everything was fine. However, I could still feel that something was wrong with my car. I finally took it to the dealership, and they confirmed the alignment was completely off — so bad it almost damaged the steering system. Yet, this shop kept insisting it was fine. Very unprofessional and careless. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and avoid potential damage to your vehicle.

These guys are amazing I called beginning of last week to price 4 used tires they said 340$ with install and 30 days warranty. So I got the money up went down at 5:30 pm today 5/23/24 They remembered me got my car right in and right out had some great conversation while there they are quite funny 🤭 the “used” tires I got a literally like new I’ve never seen a used tire of this quality honestly! I highly recommend them. I will be going back within the next week for my oil change and think I may have found a new auto repair place! Thank you Mell’s Tires and auto shop I appreciate all of you 🙏🏻
